Shipping policy

Shipping Info:  

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1 to 5 business days (plus shipping time).  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  The USPS site quotes delivery times, but they are not guaranteed.

U.S. Customers, please allow 3-14 business days for your slime to arrive.

International Customers, please allow up to 2 months for your order to arrive. USPS requires more time to ship international orders.   

Delivery times and shipping fees are calculated at the check-out page. Please be aware that international shipments take longer than domestic shipments. Customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by their respective countries during or after shipping (customs, duties, taxes, etc.). Please be sure to check with your local post office to see if there are additional fees prior to placing your order. Also, provide valid contact information in case the carrier must contact you for delivery.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to errors/incorrect addresses and will not be able to provide any refunds.

Lost Packages:
