Due to the nature of slime, your slime may arrive sticky, deflated, or hard. Below are some slime remedies.
Make ACTIVATOR (borax solution) by dissolving included borax with 1 cup of warm water. Add small amounts of the ACTIVATOR to your slime, continue to knead, until you achieve your desired consistency. Save the ACTIVATOR solution for future use.
BE CAREFUL! Adding TOO MUCH ACTIVATOR can make your slime hard.
Add a few pumps of LOTION or GLUE and knead. Repeat until your slime is at the desired consistency.
Cold temperatures will make your slime hard. If that is the case, place the sealed slime jar in a tub of warm water for a few minutes.
WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER PLAYING WITH SLIME. WHEN NOT IN USE, KEEP YOUR SLIME IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER OR IT WILL DRY OUT. SLIME DOES NOT LAST FOREVER.
DO NOT CONSUME! SLIME IS NOT EDIBLE. KEEP AWAY FROM SMALL CHILDREN, PETS, CLOTHES AND FURNITURE. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES TO GLUE, BORAX, FRAGRANCE OIL OR FOOD COLORING.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) announced that beginning October 1, 2021, certain First-Class Mail traveling longer distances may take additional days to reach its destination.
Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. The USPS site quotes delivery times, but they are not guaranteed.
U.S. Customers, please allow 3-14 business days for your slime to arrive.
International Customers, please allow up to 2 months for your order to arrive. USPS requires more time to ship International orders. In addition, the postal carriers are experiencing higher than normal volume during this pandemic. As a result some packages may be delayed.
Delivery times and shipping fees are calculated at the check-out page. Please be aware that international shipments take longer than domestic shipments. Customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by their respective countries during or after shipping (customs, duties, taxes, etc.). Please be sure to check with your local post office to see if there are additional fees prior to placing your order. Also, provide valid contact information in case the carrier must contact you for delivery.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to errors/incorrect addresses and will not be able to provide any refunds.
Slime can change its consistency over time & usage. Multi color slimes may mix during transit. We cannot accept any returns.
