Everything you need to know before and after buying your slime – from ingredients to storage tips!

What’s in Our Slime?

Our slime is made with:

Glue, borax, food coloring, fragrance oils, instant snow powder, and air-dry clay.

⚠️ DO NOT PURCHASE if you are allergic to any of these ingredients.

Please note: Due to temporary supply chain issues, some charms or sprinkles may appear different than pictured.

Some slimes include extra clay or toppers to mix into your base slime. After mixing, they may not fit in the original 6 oz container. Most clay pieces come in their own sealed container, which can be used to store your inflated slime.

How to Care for Your Slime

Slime can be sensitive to temperature and handling. Here’s how to fix common issues:

Sticky Slime

  • Make ACTIVATOR by dissolving the included borax in 1 cup of warm water.
  • Add small amounts to your slime and knead until you reach the desired texture.
  • Save the solution for future use.
  • ⚠️ Do NOT add borax powder directly to slime.
  • ⚠️ Adding too much activator can make slime hard.

Stiff or Hard Slime

  • Add a few pumps of lotion or glue, then knead.
  • Repeat as needed.
  • If cold, place the sealed slime container in a tub of warm water for a few minutes.

What Is Slime Activator?

Slime activator is a specially mixed solution—made by dissolving borax in water—that helps bring your slime to the perfect stretchy, gooey texture. It works through a chemical reaction that transforms the slime from sticky to smooth and satisfying.

Every slime purchase comes with a packet of borax and clear instructions on how to mix your own activator at home. To fix overly sticky slime, simply add a few drops of your homemade activator and knead well. Go slow—adding too much at once can make the slime too stiff.

Play & Storage Tips

  • Wash hands before and after playing.
  • Always store slime in an airtight container.
  • Slime can dry out over time – this is normal.
  • Slime is not designed to last forever.
